Real Estate Development
Vision Ventures of Carolina, LLC focuses on redevelopment and ground up, infill commercial properties. We specialize in Adaptive Re-Use and Urban Mixed-Use projects. Vision Ventures was the first to develop under the 2002 NC Rehab Code, with the Charlotte Linen Supply Building, an adaptive re-use project that converted a dilapidated 1937 warehouse into office condominiums. Additionally, Vision Ventures was responsible for the first project in Charlotte under the new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Zoning with the completion of the 214 West Tremont Building, a mixed-use Office and Retail Building built on a former industrial site. Our deliberate growth considers the relevance of potential projects and the experience required to deliver successful results.
