As co-founder of Vision Ventures, Doug oversees various company operations regarding Real Estate Acquisition, Development and Investments. As President and Broker-in-Charge of Vision Brokerage Group, LLC, Doug works with his team to handle the Identification of targeted assets, contract negotiations, due diligence services, closing, stabilization and repositioning of the real estate or debt. He received his B.S. Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 1991.

As co-founder of Vision Ventures, Paul is intricately involved throughout the various company operations. As President and Qualified License Holder of Vision Ventures Construction Services, Inc., Paul persistently works with his team of contractors and engineers to value engineer each project. He carries the skills and systems from the construction management operations to the due diligence, real estate acquisition, development and investment process. He received his B.S. in Financial Management from Salve Regina University in 1991.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Ted focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate analytics including fee simple and debt acquisition evaluation. With an advisory background, his experience covers all product classes in the real estate industry. He currently serves as the team’s chief underwriter. Education: Attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate, Tony is a LEED AP with a specific passion for sustainable development. Day to day Tony focuses his efforts on the acquisitions of commercial real estate and debt opportunities. Tony utilizes his extensive design and architectural skills by overseeing Visions long range planning for urban redevelopment initiatives. Tony received his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and his Master’s in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
