Douglas R. Stephan, II

As President of Vision Brokerage Group, Doug is involved in all aspects of the Brokerage Company meeting regularly with Developers, Property owners and Clients. As co-owner of Vision Ventures of Carolina, Doug is also involved in all aspects of Real Estate Development. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Paul M. Picarazzi

As President of Vision Ventures Construction Services, Inc., Paul is involved in all aspects of the construction company working closely with Architects, Designers and Clients. As co-owner of Vision Ventures of Carolina, Paul is also involved in all aspects of Real Estate Development. He received a B.S. in Financial Management from Salve Regina University.
